A book for Grete
A Book for Grete is a poetic tactile children's book, created in collaboration with Hider Kramer during a workshop at Statped (Bergen). The book talks about the cat called Grete and combines minimal text with tactile and sound elements, using braille over printed words so it could be read simultaneously by either sighted, partially sighted, and blind users alike. The tactile aspects of the book are made from found materials and small toys to encourage a playful-reading experience, while the empty final page invites readers to create their own versions of the book’s ending.
