Shamwari Yemwanasikana is a Zimbabwean community-based non-governmental organization founded in 2014, dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights of the girl child in homes, schools, and communities.
The company profile and catalogue designed for Shamwari Yemwanasikana was developed as a comprehensive editorial piece to support both presentations and stakeholder engagement. The objective was to create a document that clearly communicated the organization’s mission, impact, and long-term vision while maintaining a professional and approachable tone. The design needed to function seamlessly in two contexts, both as a visually engaging presentation document and as a tangible handout that stakeholders could revisit and reference to.
The design process centered on structuring information in a way that feels intentional, clear, and compelling using images edited in black and white and graphical shapes in their brand colors of Green and Yellow. The overall visual language showcases Shamwari Yemwanasikana’s commitment to empowerment, growth, and community, translating their values into a cohesive editorial system.
